its not too hard might need some drilling
mine did but i got an old ass model but
shes pimp and shes insanely fast...
you might need a powertube upgrade maybe
but il get back to you about that if mine does.

and it being metal means that its stronger so that its less likely to break than the stock plastic one, but i dont think you NEED it, i think its a wise move though.
