WHO CAN PLAY?

Unfortunately you have to be over the age of 12 to play paintball in the UK and we cannot make any exceptions as it is an insurance requirement. Anyone under the age of 16 will have to get a written parental concent before you are allowed to play on the site.

IS PAINTBALL SAFE?

Like any other activity sport, there is always a risk. However if you observe all the safety regulations & follow all the Marshals' instructions then the worst that will happen will be a few bruises to show off the next day.

DOES IT HURT?

The short answer is: Yes It Stings! Its like being hit with a squash ball depending on the distance from which you are shot. Fortunately, it isn't as bad as one thinks, the easy answer is try not to get shot.

WILL THE WEATHER AFFECT THE DAY?

The weather conditions do not matter at all, that the worse the weather - the better the fun (and the more mud!).

WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE WITH ME?

We strongly recommend that you play in comfortable footwear, either trainers or boots. You will be provided with coveralls but we suggest you dont wear your sunday best! A pair of gloves to protect your hands is a good idea aswell.

DO I NEED TO TAKE FOOD?

Ask for details when booking. We can provide lunches at the cost of £5 per person supplied by a local restaurant.

HOW MANY PAINTBALLS WILL I USE?

This is a hard question to get right as everyone uses different amounts of paintballs. The average amount is around 400 per person.
